As for Tortall... I'll see if I can get a recs list together one of these days, since I know I'm not the only one writing Tortall femslash. If you're willing to do some digging, check out The Goldenlake Forum. It's not terribly easy to find things, but it's pretty slash-friendly (both kinds) and there's a fair amount of decent fic there, especially on the Competitions and Library sub-boards.
Finally, if you like femslash in general, check out erimthar 's fic: she writes for Buffy and a lot of other fandoms, and her stuff is amazing.
