checking out for a few days

So, I don't post here all that often, but I do comment on other journals & MB's all the time.... and right now I need to step away from the internet and deal with Real Life, at least until the weekend's over. Maybe longer. Just a heads up to my flist (especially the 3 people who've requested drabbles so far), I am not dropping off the face of the Earth (or anyway, not planning to) and I don't have swine flu. I'm just checking out so I can deal with the rest of my life for a while. Hopefully I'll come back with a bunch of drabble ideas, and maybe even some actual fic.

Thanks, hon. I'm fine. I'm just busy with work (I'm in the restaurant biz, so I work all the weekends) and exhibiting louder-than-usual ADD tendencies -- hence the need to separate myself from distractions.

And it helped a bunch. And now I'm back. :)
